500 Churches Planted!

January 2004. As I stood before the church to report back on last years activities I realized I had stood in the same spot in January 2001. HIM had been working for just over a year and with great excitement I reported then that 29 churches had been planted. Now, 3 years later I stood before the same group again, with a sense of awe I could report that over 500 churches now make up the Harvesters family. God is Great!

What was just a dream based on a promise is now becoming a reality. Each year has seen exponential growth - just as we foresaw when we developed the HIM church planting model.

As churches, plant churches that plant churches; we now look forward to when we can report over 1000 and then 10,000 new churches. This may be blessed, but that does not mean it is easy, it may be cost effective, but that does not make it cheap.

Everything we have been able to do and all we hope to do, needs the involvement of churches and individuals who partner with us to make a difference in Southern Africa. Pray for us, pray with us. Join us in the exciting adventure of seeing God in action.
