September 2009. Herbie Venter continues to do great work in Malawi. Under his guidance HIM has appointed Harrison Chinyama as our full time coordinator to oversee the work in Malawi. Over 1,000 churches have been planted and every one of those churches received some Bibles this year – not enough but at least enough to start discipleship training. Malawi has 3 district leaders and 76 Hub Leaders. In January 2010 all the churches will be introduced to the new Phase A Pastoral Training Curriculum dealing with discipleship. We desperately need a sponsor for the printing of this material at R 50,000 ($6500). Please pray and give generously.
